I think by the lack of chatter and exuberance we can safely say that this is a cap raising, as Karma has kindly pointed out. At what price? 48-50c?
It’s a good time to do it, our shares are high: less dilution & more money, gold is booming: when trading halt is lifted we won’t drop like a stone, and IGR is on a role with exploration: should help lift us further.
All in all, I support the issue.
