one of the comments yesterday (buying 5% before susp and bal after) suggested averaging down... anyhow, they continue to buy - wake up, they are a top outfit.
a 15-20% is a good blocking stake on any takeover attempt under their own steam/consortium - or block to gain a higher office from whatever party/ies are interested...
