I believe it provides an opportunity for the board to release all known data regarding the actions of director RM and First Cape during the capital raising and the immediate period following the acquisition.
There have been all the rumors and suggestions and posts on here about RM and First Cape regarding loan shares, shorting of the stock, failure to meet funding commitments, related party payments, audit committee conflicts etc. etc.
Let’s hope there are documents and the board releases these so shareholders know the facts when we vote
