I can see the advantages of such an offering and this business practice is very common from Port Macquarie and Northwards.

One of the disadvantages of the current systems is the inability to convert to fiat money. Certain businesses accumulate more than they spend and there is no way to get rid of the credits and they have to not accept further credits to maintain their cash flow. My cousin ended up buying a house with his credits and renting the house out.

The business model itself is proven and if you can strip out the service fees and be able to convert any excess to cash, then so long as they can deliver the technology and convert existing users, then I don't see why it can't be successful.

Sounds like a disruptive application that solves a number of existing problems.

They plan to put the Ubecoin on an exchange as quick as possible(Max 12 months) This will open the system right up and be disruptive.
