Having a look at some wgx presentations and announcements, seems like they are a respectable
Mid tier gold producer. Massive revenue, good profit and no debt. They know what they are doing.
They also look like they are on a constant lookout to diversify their portfolio. Ton is almost certain to go to production, just a matter of how they will go about it.
They have left the ball in tons hands and it’s upto ton to decide what is best.
The options seem low at 8.5c but it does create huge benefits for ton, pretty much guaranteed production and opens up future opportunities with lithium.
IMO may be a viable partnership, unless something better comes up.
Ancuabe In production making 30–50 mil a year still gaurantees a 500mil or so market cap. Then there is possible Nicada joint venture and graphite may have increased market sentiment by then (which I think it will)
Put simply if we are going to production, still means a 50c plus sp with 1bn shares . Could have been 70-80c, but a guaranteed 50c for now is good.
That’s how I see it. Gltah
