Actually, on closer reading this looks pretty good. In short, PSA is done subject to documentation and approvals. So clearly GEH and SLX have reached agreement.
I think this announcement is what MG was referring to at the AGM as he said the binding agreement documentation would always follow after the agreement to acquire GLE.
Cautiously optimistic, although I acknowledge I might have my rose colored glasses on.
