    Unless they own a big chunk of it! Their current business model is struggling. Hence investing in the tech rather than just using it. I wouldn't be surprised if they keep accumulating.
    The other thing to ask is what number would you accept for your shares in a take over? I wouldn't part with mine for under a dollar. It's held very tightly
