No surprises. They would have to report surprises to the ASX.
There were at least 50 people in attendance today as opposed to about 12 last year.
All motions were passed. Phil Thomas then went through the powerpoint presentation which was recently released as an announcement.
I guess the most significant point was some clarification on the de-merger and the spin off benefits. Apparently there are significant benefits of having a lithium only business, one of which being that significant fund managers and car manufactureres will be wanting a sizeable position in the company to influence the companies future. And no, there were no companies named.
One thing myself and the others I talked to afterward had the same thing in mind, this company will only go up from here. I look forward to the de-merger.
