Oct REE industry analysis

REE Price keep oscillate down, but at slower pace due to 1,more action on illegal mining and 2, national REE DEPARTMENT maintain communication with major REE producing provinces and doing research on certain areas . LYC third quarter 2017 information also included.

REE price index droped from 175.6 to 160.2, and then recovered to 162.1 by the end of Oct.

Oct REE average price: LaO,CeO, SmO,ErO,YbO,LuO maintain the same price as Sep 2017.
EuO down 15.33%, PrO down 6.94%, NdO down 9.65%, GdO down 22.06%, TbO down 7.81%, DyO down 4.49%, FeDy down 7.38%,HoO down 3.42%, NDPR oxide down 11.11%, NDPR metal down 8.73%

REE export figures:

China exported 3715.05 tons Sep 2017， which is 1.12% more than Sep 2016 and 11.22% less than Aug 2017. Also China export 3,715,054kg REE for 39,368,932 US dollars, average price at 10.6 per kg.

L-REE: PRO exported 24,350 kg up 195.15% (compare to Aug 2017), NDO exported 42,600 down 18.6% (compare to Aug 2017), CeO exported 139,885 kg down 50.7% (compare to Aug 2017),
LaO exported 122806600 kg up 0.73% (compare to Aug 2017), EuO exported 670kg down 1.47% (compare to Aug 2017)

H-REE: DyO exported 13360kg down 43.06% (compare to Aug 2017), YtO exported 245672kg up 34.09% (compare to Aug 2017), TbO exported 3625kg down 3.33%
