Definitely wouldnt be as harsh if the market werent down 180. If you are right and the stock is worth a P/E of 16x then yes the stock is a little bit cheap. Im just saying, dont expect this thing to all of a sudden jump to $8.50 $9.00 in the next day or week or month. It is where it is for a simple fundamental reason.
