First Cape is ADO's biggest looser having some 160 million shares when ADO had a job done on them by Diasorse and the financiers from hell , i can see why they are on the case loosing a fortune , admittedly FC were naive having their shares sold out by the lender as the share price fell while trying to support the company , FC were ADO's biggest supporter.
While Hurrell and Sikman had the numbers they were in control ,they have lost it , there was a huge power play going on, the AGM was the turning point , i think the real plan by DIA was to send ADO to the wall so DIA would end up with Anteo's IP , it failed , this is what I think was going on with the BOD struggle over the last 2 years , I don't think this will get to an EGM , those 2 will resign because they have no chance of a favorable vote . so now you can understand the frustration going on between the BOD , appears now to be getting back in control , good luck investors , have a merry Xmas.
