Honda waited quite a few years after ceasing production of their normally aspirated V6 NSX sports car before coming out with a completely new and modern design last year. Some of the old time Honda fans wanted something much more basic and cheaper but that's not where the world is heading lol.

It's a hybrid, with a twin turbo 3.5 L V6 producing 500bhp, plus three electric motors, one between the V6 and the 9 speed DSG gearbox, and the other two powering the front wheels. Those on the front wheels independently and dynamically provide power or braking which fine tunes the balance of the car during race conditions. Apparently it's relatively easy to drive at it's limit.

This was a track day open to the public so all sorts of cars were on the track. Drivers are supposed to watch their mirrors for fast cars approaching from behind and then turn on their right side indicator and hug the right side of the track to allow a pass but some were obviously not paying attention .   No racing is allowed on public days!

The driver obviously plays it very safe when overtaking and also takes it easy on a couple of the high speed sections - the car doesn't have a rear mounted wing like some others. It's a pity the lap was cut short at the end by warning lights on the track indicating a crash up ahead.
