    I know that's what you think.  But the company refer to it as a feasibility study.  They mean that to be a DFS or  a BFS by virtue of the slide below from page 17 of the company's latest presentation.  Because there is no further studies on their timetable.     Also that timeline puts them ahead of EMH.
