Always the case as the market only deals with the now. ASN same - hit sub 1 c in july2017. 3 months later 16.5 c for the same projects. Only difference, closer to drilling. LKE another, sub 5s 3-4 months prior to drill commencement. Now 24c.
the key is identify potential, get in early at low EV, then hang on for drill.
