Hi Senator2004
I just did a bit of research as you suggested
the company you are talking about is SYN
It has projector technology similar to ARR developed by a company called Panorama.
See the pdf
http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20060713/pdf/3xk3gh40pnz5p.pdf
SYN purchased this technology in a fire sale for about $1.3 m.
The company never actual produced anything or sold anything in the whole time it was in existence as far as I can see. But I could be wrong.
Senator2004....
Did the company ever produce anything and who did they sell it to?
ARR has sold over 500,000 chip sets and has revenue of $122 m. SYN is not even in the same league as far as I can see.
In any case SYN is no longer trading on the ASX and is waiting to relist I think ( which is putting a good spin on the situation). It is probably broke.
