    Chart is turning.

    MACD bullish on the daily, hammer candle so far for the month, spinning top and bullish candles for last two weeks. 50 day EMA proving to show support.

    Set up nicely for a break out technically.

    Obviously fundamentally the resource has improved when you take the news last week into account.
