Universal Biosensors (ASX:UBI) is undertaking a fully underwritten
renounceable rights issue of approximately 28.5 million new shares at
$1.20 each to raise approximately $34.2 million.
The offer provides for eligible shareholders to subscribe for two
new shares for every nine held at the record date.
The funds will be used for the completion of the Rowville,
Victoria, facility and continued development of the company's pipeline of
tests and to acquire inventory.
