The market is still jittery about DOW performances at the moment, and the nervous are still selling out all over the place. It doesn't help that today is Friday and weekend uncertainty will keep people sitting on the side lines.....all of which will keep the price down today.
A rebound of the DOW tonight will see VMS climb into the mid 40s next week but why pay those prices when you can accumulate nicely today at an average of 39.5. :-)
