Hi - not sure about the date but I can confirm it does NOT mean you will have a mining license granted. For that to happen TNG needs to have reached an agreement with the traditional owners from the CLC. As we know there is a hard line on that if negotiations can not be concluded before it would be a very poor reflection on TNG if that were to eventuate.
