yes matie I have read that,
I am getting very frustrated because every where I look, turn and read does not offer or suggest what actually dollar value it will bring in for holders of triton minerals.
I cannot see, nor it seems that anybody is able to tell me an half accurate approximate figure.
this type of lacking of reality is becoming a hideous chore as I am hitting walls at every step of the way which also seems to be taking me into more debate each step of the way.
its not your guys fault, not whatever the deal is.
but our md is missing in action in holiday and left an a half baked announcement which in my eyes reads like you guys have won the lottery at our expense because whatever tenements these are, with whomever is mining them, with how much is being mined and how often and how payments get done and what these payments will be, is missing, completely vague to non existent and I cannot find any sound approximate answer.
yes I have also found answers that shows me your guys are quite simply flipping them, yet as I have said above in one previous post asking how much you guys have made from them? or why an article mentions you flipping them and with good reason too as you have not made anything from them.
so however this or whatever posts I make appears, I am not having a go here I am fact finding very unsuccessfully in which its now beyond frustration because at a bare minimum I expected a more detailed announcement with deeper relevance to the terms which in the scheme of a bigger picture for us, totally lacks.
also I am extremely disappointed in the timing of this whereby what to me was a triton managing director doing a fantastic job ticking boxes left and right to then come to last ann to xmas with this announcement which to me is unprofessional and comes across as if he was high on drugs or smashed on whisky or something, so this to me has become a big letdown.
there are other issues which I will not address here with regards to somers & partners however to my knowledge they too have covered wgx and actually currently have a holding with you guys too so there is cross wires, and some type of conflict of interest here, though yet again nothing to do with you guys.
on a final note you say its all gold you seek whilst flipping these lithium assets, but what I am reading even in this last announcement regarding this offer, prior to the lithium interests it states:
so, is this supposedly only for our sake?
yet this unlocks your lithium interests as it says, but then gains you exposure to expanding graphite markets.
now its not me making this up, and the way I read this, it simply sounds like a contradiction of some type with this wording that has been used.
can you or anybody not see what I am referring to here? lol I mean there it is!
again, I am not seeking conflict, its been way to many hard years for me with this stock (ton) and what seemed to be just a week ago was a plan to be on course to achieving further goals with imminent likelihood of off-takes and finance coming our way in the very near future (Jan 2018) (true, no bs)
yet this so called offer or option has not really done us any favour until we obtain the answers similar to the ones I seek or that anybody would seek, which in case I also dispute the value of this deal, (my opinion) but more importantly over anything, to do this deal by exposing our company to not only further dilution but a potential risk that could equal the loss of control to our company which also is another disturbing aspect which I also never would have thought peter canterbury would have exposed us too as that alone is not ethical for shareholders of triton minerals imho!!!
