So once again the present board release an announcement which can't provide a compelling case or strategy for good shareholders to continue their support of this jaded, rudderless bunch. Instead they use smear tactics and mudslinging to attempt to win votes.
As for yellow/green voting papers surely a vote is a vote? Surely any KCN shareholder filling in a form is smart enough to work out for themselves where to tick the box? I hope the existing Kingsgate board aren't trying to rig the vote in any way. Metal Tiger running rings round the KCN board once again by being proactive in communicating directly and personally to shareholders, clearly something which the present board can't be bothered to do except under duress.
