My research says this is only in regards to land held in trust by the land councils of the Northern Territory per the Aboriginal Land Rights Act.

The land Mt Peake is on pertains to the Native Title Act. My research in this regard gives me comfort that an agreement will be made between the traditional land owners who have what is known as a Native Title claim represented by the CLC.

I am comfortable because looking back through the announcements u can see that the entire Mt Peake project area has been Aboriginal Heritage cleared carried out by the CLC with the consent of the traditional land owner group.
