Pecora dont lie to yourself mate....then i guess he is selling for the same reason mitchell dumped 3million shares at 34c then. Must be getting a few million options his way soon due to employee incentive getting voted in.

Directors sell for all reasons yeah i can understand that but given the time of his trade he obviously had no consideration for the shareholders and that imo is just irresponsible governance on behalf of the board especially from the Chairman who is the figurehead of this company.

It peeves me off because my sisters position has still not been adjusted and i cant do anything to protect her position, this is the only reason i still have an interest in MPO (My sister is on her honeymoon and i dont want to interrupt with bad news).

It is unfair how this Share still trade when not all shares have been adjusted accordingly, this should be suspended from trading until all shares have been adjusted to give all shareholders an equal footing.

Markets are going down in the US, no liquidity in MPO due to consolidation, lack of news coming out, Director has sold a few hundred thousand shares, SP is at levels which is unjustified,.... smells like a recipe for crapola to me.
