Why the heck did they list on the ASX in the first place. Raised a sh*tload of money, paid out a couple of dividends to shareholders to appear honest, sincere and legitimate and then pulled the div., didn't keep shareholders informed regarding important financial matters, can't contact the company, management "gift" shares, etc.

The TTC shareholders have been conned.
I think the ASX needs to suspend this company and get some answers, esp about why the dividend was suspended. What is the point of Australians owning shares in a Chinese company if we can't get any dividends and we don't have any staff in Australia to keep us informed.

This is not surprising what is happening - the only thing surprising is why I'm still holding the shares in this company. Seen it all before we these Chinese companies.
