It's definitely a good thing. The company now has $750k more in the bank than it had yesterday (actually $787.5k more because Danielle Lee also exercised 150,000 Series A options at $0.25).
I think unlisted options are usually priced in already, so I wouldn't expect a change in either direction. He could have just bought them and dumped them right away, but he chose to hold which means he expects the price to continue going up (as do most of us).
I see only good news unless he sells them next week (unlikely).
