out cold?...:-) i do hope that "they will change it all" or at least some! I have written to Garrett asking him if he has any more exciting things up his sleeve to anns because we the people ( = ME the people) are getting a bit frustrated with their very modest, non-world-shattering plans so far....in particular i asked him when is he going to announce our mandates for biofuels and how much really they going to be spending towards green projects....Howard for example put on a table a measly $5mil in a kitty for the env issues...but a small med size wind farm costs around $25mil!....ooo...and that $5mil was to last for 5 years!...lol....it surely proves that LIBS were NEVER seriouse about any green technologies...OUR $5mil seems huge to some...but compare it to the billions already spent on fossil fuels and still being spent and you will get the true picture....we all know were the eyebrows priority is..:-)))
