All the MTR supporters here are posting garbage.

KCN have an undeniable right to take the actions they have adopted.

The current junta have made an absolute mess of this. The mine should never have been closed.

There were no issues with the mine - it has all been fabricated.

It has been political with the objective of picking up some great cash flow for the junta and their friends.

Under the Free Trade Agreement, when the mine reopens, it will not be subject to further hassles from the Thai government as they would 'lose face' and they will not be able to bear that.

The MTR supporters here are throwing in complete furphys to scare current shareholders.

The assumptions above are based on my knowledge of Thailand as a result of working there for a 5 year period.

Let's hope that the current KCN board remain.

I am not overly enamoured with all of the current board BUT it is better than the alternative.
