Unless your timing is right with warrants they can be lethal, as in the share going sideways.
If you want leverage i would rather trade long or short through d4f or IG spreadbet. At least your dealing with the actual share price and not having the time decay issues and market makers playing games with the spread on warrants.
Just my opinion having traded both.
