Firstly , as a passionate Australian cricket lover and given the title of the actual thread, I'd just like to say well played Alistair Cook, a great knock under pressure from all corners and the media especially at home, and you wont see a more deserving bloke who's still playing and displays the true spirit of cricket. (other than maybe Adam Voges - only playing Big Bash and a real old school gentleman).
Secondly, on the thread hijack, I'd just like to offer 2 words of advice when a decision is given out then referred to the 3rd umpire :
"UMPIRES CALL"......
Your always going to get decisions that go your way - and against . It's a game, umpires aren't robots yet, get over it.
