Some observations from past experiences with baggers.

Step 1: accumulate - at lower prices. People get attracted to volume and price. So to prevent this, there needs to be consistent volume without increased prices ( there is often some jagging around of the share price to invite sellers).

Step 2: Good news is coming - Accumulators now need to ramp up the buying, but try and avoid price and volume attracting the herd. Best way of doing this? Raise the price to the next level on low volume, then the next few trading days, wipe that price level on higher volume - the benefit ? doesn't attract as many people as both price and volume.

Step 3: Rinse and repeat until good news

Step 4: Good news is here - Dump at desired price level for $$$$.
