Have they been this big?

My prediction is 20c + minimum but what I don't understand about this stock is as I've mentioned before how the price is so low. Stocks go up based on anticipation of good news but this doesn't. I'm sure many people on here feel the exact same way as me.

If 2018 proves to be a good year for us I can see us turning soil at the end of 2019. If we can get ti to take off, mining licence and funding then I'd be happy. I've read on here that SMS bought a controlling stake in the German export credit company so getting funding for the construction of the refinery site seems like it's almost 100% going to happen. Don't know too much about the mine funding though.
