As an MD is his tenure been, an over stay?
What has he contributed besides a long " tenure ?".
Once speaking with him he thought the Chilean Gov rep guy was " arrogant ? ".
Yet this was the Chilean chief man.
Point is the Chilean assets are in play.
You need to get rid of the toxic " interpersonal " relationships.
