It's not producing so nothing is coming back. The important thing is that BCI are not on the hook for the ongoing care & maintenance nor the rehabilitation at the end of the mine life.
Don't expect the mine to be active until IO prices are much higher and even then I've seen nothing from FMG to suggest a restart is planned. It's not the $1 that is important squirrel, if you recall BCI were hemorrhaging money on NJV, now they are not. While it doesn't show up in the sale price, shipping the asset to FMG has stopped the bleeding for BCI and allowed them to run the business on the royalties of IV.
We do have a royalty agreement if it does restart however.
