Sulphide projects are much more straight forward and less capital intensive than the laterite projects.
I presume CLQ/AUZ are both laterite projects given the huge capital costs to get those projects off the ground. I think the opex is also a lot higher for these project. Given any downturn in copper/cobalt price for whatever reason these are the projects that will stand the test of time.

I know NZC is a sulphide project but not aware of any other on the ASX?

CLQ says capex US$680m (A$870m), C1 costs for nickle $2.96/lb Cobalt will be a by product so subtract off what ever this will be.
