Undeniably the climate is changing.
Year on year, decade on decade, century on century
There are so many variables, climate cannot be constant.
But for me, the big flaw in your argument is the letter
“A “in AGW
Anthropogenic ......man made.

CO2 is a very weak greenhouse gas.
This is an unarguable scientific fact.

90% of all Ice addicts were breast fed as babies.
Therefore, breast feeding causes Ice addiction.

It’s the same logic.
But
Correlation is not causation.

Same with CO2

However,the weight and force of the Internet/ social media, and locally even our own “esteemed”ABC
means, the campaigns mounted by many well meaning, but I’ll informed people ( like the greens),
that any scientists who publicly question that CO2 is the cause of any variations in temperature
are howled down and vilified.
Your very own words are an example of this

Despite the fact that our coal is being used O/S to generate electricity and MORE coal fired power
stations are being built, any suggestion that we build coal fired power stations in OZ

So, against all common sense and logic, politically and socially, it won’t happen.

Even if CO2 is a problem.......(which I don’t concede),
Australia’s contribution, if we did build coal fired power stations would,
on a global scale, given there are 100s if not 1000s of them,
be negligible.

And this is a perfect example of why scientists “toe the line”
They’re simple not prepared to be vilified, and even personally threatened.
