Yep that's what I thought. WHA certainly used similar wording to JAT suggesting it was all sorted and ready to go but in theory had only just begun. IMO this is still dirt cheap just makes me skeptical when the wording of ANNs suggests one thing that is well off the truth. Happy to be corrected and if golden koala have already applied and it is underway well that's the info I was after in my question. Very happy to be wrong JAT is very exciting.
