can see all your points, but I think this latest kombat buy looks good...I think other groups would have been in the market for it, and keeping on its principal is an advantage.I can only see cost reductions in integrations..look at bhp..todays fin review says $3.8 billion cost savings...there are more than 3 business' in that one......i think they (ccs) can do it ..they in their curent year have reduced o/heads by $1mill. Wages...I dont know but could be easily asked...have always found that if you you pay with peanuts...you end up with monkeys ???
