It's not a startup: it's a rollup of a several of IAB's largest and oldest wholesale customers who are seeking a means to cash out of their businesses.
Telaustralia, Oracle, Commschoice are all long standing (>10 years) customers of IAB and Woffle is newer but large and fast growing in the context of IAB's wholesale business.
The growth story is pure fantasy, and the M&A story is a facsimile of the one that has been unsuccessful for IAB.
