You talk of integrity? It is Clive Palmer's finance man doing our negotiations (lol)
Announcements are in good faith. These guys are reluctant to keep us informed so they were quite enthusiastic to tell us deal was close to finalization. Chinese operate on different timetable to Us. Put them in an auction though and the desire to win takes over. The whiff of an alternative would bring a quick close to negotiations.
