What shifty has posted seems to be the best guess. CAD is being held to account for past CRs which haven't been filed properly with the ASX. Many of these CRs were done during Keith Bowkers time and I'd assume that may be the case for MRD. Everything that man has touched may be up for review. I believe to the best of their ability, the ASX will not try to punish share holders. However an extended suspension and possible court date seems likely here too.
