Well Well Well...
Rather interesting developments.  Just when i thought i was "predicting" at 100% i have my first slip up. Time to recap i think:

BAD:
No contract signed for any significant revenue until at least Late March early April 2018 (Unchanged)
High possibility of another CR from now until April 2018 (Unchanged)
Announcement relating to the delay of certain aspects of business / product development in the coming weeks.
(Not an official announcement, but confirmed by further delays in the app store and PO's Email to Gyro)
SP drops to 0.019 - 0.021 in the coming months. (Done and dusted!)

GOOD:
Major deal will eventually be signed! (Unchanged)
Deal will be much larger than anyone has predicted. (Unchanged)
Rapid deals will follow initial major deal, but will be smaller in scale (Wrong! Small deal ann Today)
A large chunk of past R&D work will go down the drain as they will be asked by major customers to spend ALL their time refining and developing compliance / data recording / and data mining (Learning) applications. (Unchanged, IMO currently being addressed by team in prep for major deals March - April.

SP will go as follows:
0.039 (Late January) (Unchanged)
0.065 (Late Feb) (Unchanged)
0.12 (March) (Unchanged)
0.18 (April) (Unchanged)

Today's news comes as a huge surprise to me, and definitely a welcomed one. While small in $$ size, a massive leap forward for NOR in my opinion. Our first deal for full range did not come from our own backyard, but rather the US!
Now, no matter how small 35K seems to posters in this forum, the reality is NO-ONE and i mean NO-ONE just throws 35K away for the sake of it. This means the offerings have been seen, touched, scrutinised and finally APPROVED!
Enough for a "phase 1" roll out anyway.  
So what now? In my opinion, PO may well have a pipeline of customers all pending signatures, but the way he staggers out these signed contracts can be the difference between a steady rise in SP or Rocket like blast off!
Interesting thing now though, is who out there is brave enough to trade this stock at the moment? Might be some time between now and next deal? Sell at 2.3 - 2.5 and wait for re-entry at 1.9 - 2.0? Past poor performance of SP weighing on holders minds? Either way, you would need some serious sized plums to drop any now. When this thing goes, there will be no re-entry... all in my opinion of course.
@Holla, hope you don't have to let too many go in order to cover purchase of the ute.... with what lies ahead, that may well turn out to be the most expensive ute in OZ history, LOL
