Why are there never positive updates from RNL's Board?

As suggested many months ago the board of Rision had reached out via legal channels to recover funds from a past CEO of the company. There has never been a follow up or response back to shareholders on the result of the approach made, what happened? (I would say the funds would come in handy about now)

It was obvious the funds invested for the development of the original product was in the hands of uneducated technical juniors and unqualified senior management. It was identified (going by the information provided) that funds would be returned to the business by previous management but has it happened?

This is one very disgruntled investor that feels money is being wasted at an alarming rate and the board will leave the business in dangerous water if the continue to just build a roster product (as mentioned in earlier information provided)
