    No immediate technical reason to buy IMO.

    I can't see these escrow shares having null sp impact.

    Wait for break-out +0.30 with ++Volume

    0.20 - 0.25 zone could be re-tested in the interim.

    Keep you powder dry for cheaper shares in a well funded company with a great story
