So as far as I can tell from everyones posts the outcome of the AGM was:

"Things may or may not happen within a time frame that may or may not be this year or next"

"We promise to answer all correspondence except for the correspondence that we choose not to answer"

"None of this has been our fault but somebody else's who we can't control"

"And to make everyone feel better we will endeavor to be more transparent but that may not always be the case"

WTF?
