If i would have had an application in at 2c.. and asked for more - I'd be wrapped that the company desperately needs the extra $350k .. money for jam -- but don't expect that temptation not to be too much for some.

1:1 options as well.. even if the strike is well above current market.. really.??

pity the company didn't think its own shares were worth more.. or was it purely a handout for sticking around..?

I do wish holders luck.. but since i'm down at the pub.. and the whole thing didn't pass that test.. I'll be standing aside for the time being..
