    Why would anyone bother sending ina cheque for the spp when you can buy now or lower than 1.17 in the few weeks.

    What to save $20 brokerage?? Please.

    Something more sinister is at play here.

    Low volume is encouraging though for a bounce soon.

    I very much doubt it will be oversubscribed now.
