The European and American both produce very high quality dairy products and have been producing high quality dairy products for many years they will steadily take market share from Australia & NZ in the Asian market.

Both Australia and NZ products milk from pasture which is variable and influenced by seasonal conditions. The other issue with pasture is they are easily contaminated by agricultural 'spray drifts' including herbicides and pesticides which impact milk quality.
