Totally agree with @NaomiSilverman however over time you get to know some reliable posters.
Hot Copper is great for directing your attention to stocks which you may not have been aware existed, which then require further research. It has opened my eyes to trends, sectors, commodities and specific stocks that I once would have been oblivious.
