AC, I consider that any deal/partnership at this stage will allocate nowhere near the value to 2591 in comparison to what would be on offer post successful Rett's P3. I'm beginning to think that Trof testing has not yet delivered the knockout blow that will set the company and it's IP alight. It is a huge risk versus reward decision that the company now faces. They are the ones with the information to assess before such a decision is made. The one thing I am sure of at this stage is that, from the outside, the result is not yet a foregone conclusion. [A clue may be the post consolidation trading which has, as GC8 remarked, given the appearance being regulated and unaffected by retail traders. The liquidity has been quite low (around 3 mill shares traded in the twenty or so days since - and much of that may be churn) and from my reading has been dominated attempts to keep it up over the $3 level.]
