Hey brains, some nerd must have tripped over the wire to disconnect it. Appalling service. Almost as bad as their branches. If it wouldn't cost me a small fortune I would change banks. Maybe "which bank", their staff are so helpfull compared to NAB. I missed my trade in MHL because of these wankers.
